We create game-changing athletic environments for life-changing experiences.  We believe every fitness participant should be known by being heard, understood, and encouraged in specific and meaningful ways. We believe every fitness participant should feel like they belong by being included, accepted and respected as a contributing member of the group. Finally, we want every fitness participant to be strong by being challenged and inspired athletically, relationally, and spiritually.

From beginner to advanced, join fitness classes built just for you.

1 Class/Week (8 Classes)  $50

2 Classes/Week (16 Classes)   $90

3 Classes/Week (24 Classes)   $120

(Add $25 for registration pricing starting Jan 5th )

Class Schedule

Women’s Fitness Classes are for ages 18+ and all fitness levels! Classes begin January 13 and go through March 9. Women who join will attend the same weekly class(es) for the entirety of the 8-week session.

All 9:30am classes (Th,F) offer FREE CHILDCARE for 5-year-olds and under. Childcare registration must occur at the time of class registration. * represents childcare available.
