Inspiring every athlete to know and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
We believe every fitness participant should be known by being heard, understood, and encouraged in specific and meaningful ways. We believe every fitness participant should feel like they belong because they are loved by Jesus, treated with kindness and respect and included as a contributing member of the group. Finally, we want every fitness participant to be strong by being challenged and inspired to grow athletically, relationally, and spiritually.

1 Class/Week (7 Classes) Â $25
2 Classes/Week (14 Classes) Â $45
3 Classes/Week (21 Classes) Â $65

Class Schedule
Women’s Fitness Classes are for ages 18+ and all fitness levels! Classes begin September 8Â and go through October 31. Women who join will attend the same weekly class(es) for the entirety of the 8-week session.
All 9:30am classes (Th,F) offer FREE CHILDCARE for 5-year-olds and under. Childcare registration must occur at the time of class registration. * represents childcare available.Â
