CREATING GAME CHANGING ATHLETIC ENVIRONMENTS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCES
Gameday is entering its 11th season as Akron’s premiere youth basketball and cheerleading league for boys and girls ages 5 through 6th grade. Â Each year, approximately 700 child athletes from over 100 different elementary schools across 40 different zip codes participate in Gameday for 9 weeks from January through March. Â Fun and personalized player evaluations, weekly practice time focused on skill development, and a one-of-a-kind Gameday Saturday environment all season long make this league an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Â
BE KNOWN
We want each child athlete to be understood, discovered and celebrated in unique and meaningful ways.
BELONG
We want each child athlete to be loved, included, accepted and respected as a contributing member of their team.
BE STRONG
We want each child athlete to be challenged and inspired in what it means to be athletically, relationally and spiritually strong.
