Help turn hunger into hope with your own two hands by packing nutritious meals for hungry children around the world.

For the last 11 years, Grace Church has hosted the Grace Race, which benefits Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), a Christian non-profit organization committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit.

The approach is simple: volunteers hand-pack meals specially formulated for malnourished children, and FMSC sends them to mission partners running orphanages, schools, clinics and feeding programs around the world. FMSC food has reached nearly 70 countries in its history.

Packing Shifts

Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday evenings 4:30-6:30pm and 7:30-9:30pm

Wednesday and Thursday lunch shift 11am-2pm (come for part of the time, come for the whole time)

Saturday 9:30-11:30am, 1:00-3:00pm, 4:00-6:00pm

What’s different about the lunch shift?

We are trying something new at lunchtime. The shift will be open from 11am – 2pm on Wednesday and Thursday. FMSC will offer a walking orientation so you can come for any amount of time that works for you. You will receive a personal orientation and can begin packing at a table with others as soon as you can. If you need to come late or leave early; that is okay!

  • Are you registering a group? Have their names and emails ready when you register.

Don’t forget

  • Do you need childcare? If you do make sure your shift offers childcare and then sign up here.
