Fill out the form by Wednesday, Feb 12th
Pick up your kit during 1 of 3-time options. Drive thru the Montrose Location (565 S. Cleveland-Massillon Rd.) entrance and we’ll bring it out to you! It’s that easy!
PICK UP TIMES
Thursday, Feb 13th from 4-6p
Friday, Feb 14th from 11a-1p or 4p-6p.
