Pray that the Church would be made known by their love

Hurting people are all around us. As followers of Jesus, we have the opportunity and responsibility to love and care for them. Take a minute to pray by name for someone in your life who is hurting and ask God to show you how to love and comfort them today.

John 12:34-35
The crowd responded, “We understood from Scripture that the Messiah would live forever. How can you say the Son of Man will die? Just who is this Son of Man, anyway?”

Jesus replied, “My light will shine for you just a little longer. Walk in the light while you can, so the darkness will not overtake you. Those who walk in the darkness cannot see where they are going.

2. When is a time you were struggling and someone helped you through that pain?

3. In what ways do you see our church love hurting people well?
