Sunni started following Jesus in 2012 after 2 years of meeting other Christ followers and asking hard questions about God. In 2015, she began attending Grace Church with her husband John. At this time, she was in school for nursing and began working at Grace Church as an administrative assistant. Shortly after, she felt a call to ministry and left nursing school to pursue that calling by studying at Grace College and then Liberty University for her MA in Christian Apologetics.

John and Sunni have 4 amazing and crazy children, Isla, Iain, Owen, and Abel. There is a lot of wrestling that happens in their house. They love tapping their maple trees and having homemade syrup even though the kids don’t appreciate the hobby as much as they do. The 6 of them love watching movies together, eating Sweet Frog after church, and playing Fortnite.

Sunni is very passionate about sharing Jesus with people who don’t know Him yet, helping others find boldness to do the same, and making sure people who take a step into church don’t fall through the cracks. “And he (Jesus) said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”- Matthew 4:19
