In 2015, John and his family began attending Grace Church. Over the subsequent seven years, John found a second home in Mazatlán, Mexico, where he spent various months living in the city and serving as a translator for our ministry partner, Shoulder to Shoulder. During his time there, he witnessed the transformative power of the Gospel of Jesus, transcending cultural barriers and impacting individuals, including himself. It was also during this period that he met his lifelong companion, Dani, whom he later married. They now share their unique story with others, emphasizing God’s faithfulness and comfort even in challenging circumstances.

Presently, John is an integral member of the Grace family, known for his unwavering passion for global missions or the global missions fanatic. He draws inspiration from Revelation 7:9, which promises God’s love to be manifested in “every tribe, nation, people, and language.” John is incredibly passionate about making Jesus make sense ot people across the globe, regardless of their language or cultural background. This passion serves him well in his current role, where he facilitates partnerships between the Grace family and various ministries within the city and internationally, collaborating on God’s global rescue mission. It is an honor to be a part of the fulfillment of Revelation 7:9.
