Leigh Ann is the Director of Ministry Operations.  She and her husband Mark, along with their two daughters, Kayleigh and Lauren began attending Grace Church in 2005.  They fell in love with the people and the vision of Grace Church.  Leigh Ann joined staff in 2009 working for Pastor Ryan as his Ministry Coordinator.  She has worked in many areas on staff but serving as the Director of Ministry Operations has captured all of what she loves to do in one job.  She feels overwhelmingly thankful to be a part of this amazing team.  She has a deep passion for the vision of 30 in 30, equipping leaders to make Jesus make sense to others and helping people see the value of community.  

Leigh Ann and Mark have been married since 1997 after meeting on a blind date.  They are now empty nesters who are very much enjoying this new phase of life.  You can find them out with friends, hiking in the CVNP, catching a show at Playhouse Square, serving at Grace, or sitting by the fire at home.  The family of Grace Church has created a community that Mark and Leigh Ann are so grateful to be able to call theirs.
